US SHIPPING

**NOTE: Due to overwhelming demand for our September 2024 early autumn collection, please allow 3-5 business days processing time for all orders.**
CHORD offers complimentary Ground Shipping (2-5 businesses days) to addresses within the United States. 
CHORD offers Express Shipping (1-3 business days) to addresses within the United States for $25. 
Please note once an order is placed it can not be amended.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CHORD offers international shipping to Canada (7-14 business days) for $35. 
We hope to expand to other countries very soon!
 

RETURNS

Returns from the US: Items purchased on shopchord.com within the United States are eligible for a complimentary return within 14 days of receipt provided that they are in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with original dust bag and all original tags attached. Items must also be free of any stains, odors or debris. Non-compliant returns will be rejected and returned at customer's expense.
Pre-Authorization is required for all returns. Please click here within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return request. Upon confirmation, you will receive a prepaid label and you will have an additional 7 days to ship the item back. Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued.
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of shopchord.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include (1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense or (2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or packaging replacement.

Returns from Canada: At this time, we are unable to provide shipping labels for returns from Canada. Customers are responsible for providing a label for a tracked return. To initiate a return please contact customer service at info@shopchord.com.
 

PRE-ORDERS

Items available for pre-order appear with the option to "Pre-order" rather than "Add to Cart." The estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page. When purchasing an item available for pre-order, you will be charged immediately. Once your pre-ordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
