Shipping, Returns & Pre-Orders


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


US SHIPPING

CHORD offers complimentary Ground Shipping (5-7 business days) to addresses within the United States. 

CHORD offers Express Shipping (1-3 business days) to addresses within the United States for $30. 

Please note once an order is placed it can not be amended.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CHORD is now shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia!


Orders to countries outside of the United States that we ship to internationally are fulfilled by Global-e, our international delivery partner. At checkout, all products and shipping prices will be shown in your local currency, and the purchase is subject to Global-e's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Express orders will be sent via DHL Express.

Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery country, selected shipping method, number of items and total parcel weight. Product prices may also vary based on your location to reflect local market pricing, taxes and exchange rates. Please note that shipping rates shown at checkout do not include any customs charges or import duties levied when the package reaches your destination country. For certain shipping destinations you will be offered the option to pre-pay duties and taxes at checkout; shipping methods that support pre-payment will be clearly identified during checkout.

RETURNS


Returns from the US: Items purchased on shopchord.com within the United States are eligible for a complimentary return within 14 days of receipt provided that they are in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with original dust bag and all original tags attached. Items must also be free of any stains, odors or debris. Non-compliant returns will be rejected and returned at customer's expense.

Pre-Authorization is required for all returns. Please click here within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return request. Upon confirmation, you will receive a prepaid label and you will have an additional 7 days to ship the item back. Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund or merchandise credit has been issued.

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of shopchord.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis, which may include (1) refusing to accept the return and sending it back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense or (2) deducting a fee from the refund or merchandise credit to cover the expense of cleaning, repair, and/or packaging replacement.

PRE-ORDERS

Items available for pre-order appear with the option to "Pre-order" rather than "Add to Cart." The estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page. When purchasing an item available for pre-order, you will be charged immediately. Once your pre-ordered item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
